This is a fabulous recipe. My husband loves it as well. It does have many ingredients but it is well worth it. The only downside is that you have to eat it right away. I have tried to put it in a packed lunch but the wrap gets slightly soggy. Otherwise, it clearly is my favorite wrap I have ever tasted.

I didn't care for the peanut sauce. Just tasted like peanut butter. None of the other flavors came through for me. Same responce from my guests. I used Smucker's Natural Creamy peanut butter and added more oil than called for and still came out stiff and not sauce-like. However we loved the chicken and veggies, I didn't add sprouts bc we don't care for them but the filling tasted so fresh and delicious I will make this again just look for a diffferent peanut sauce.

My hubby LOVES these! Only downside is that you need a ton of ingredients.
    Great meal for summertime!

this sauce is so salty it will make your head spin. I even used low sodium soy sauce. I am a vegetarian so I just wanted the sauce to put over some fried tofu and brown rice.... I think there is a typo in the measurements because I have never come across a bad recipe from Rachael Ray. sorry Rachael...no disrespect, but this is icky!

This recipe is fun and easy to make! The peanut sauce very interesting and definitely takes getting used to. I left out the mint, but it was still fantastic. This is a great light dish that doesn't make you feel sick after you eat it.

This wrap is very nice and tasty. It has many of the distinct Thai flavors which gives this recipe a freshness and uniqueness.

The recipe was quick, easy, and quite tasty. The sauce was horrible though. The salad would be awesome without the sauce, or even a different peanut sauce.

The wraps are amazing! I make them at least 4 times a month. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fairly healthy meal, that tastes great and is prepared in a short amount of time.
