    I used slightly more potatoes than called for - could probably go up to 1/4 lb more and still be OK. Quite simple and tasty - a make and forget it kind of side dish. I would clearly make this again.

    This recipe is very simple to put together. For my family, this is the BEST potato recipe. We will make this over and over again.

    This isn't radically different from a lot of other roast potato recipes, but using the baby potatoes makes a big difference. I had some baby white potatoes, and then add cut up regular reds....the whites were much better. Keeping them whole and in the skin results in a nice crispy outside, but soft, tender potato in the middle. If you cut larger potatoes up, you don't get the same effect.

    This is so easy to make! My 2 1/2 old loves it and wouldn't have it any other way. My husband and son ate it all before dinner was finished. Another 2 thumbs up for Giada

    This dish couldn't be easier to fix, and your and your dinner guests will be wowed by how tasty it is! It takes almost no cooking skill to make this dish perfectly, and it's a perfect complement to the roasted chicken with balsamic vinaigrette. I recommend getting the smallest new potatoes you can find.
