Take this to every party you go to! This bread is so delicious and so easy to make. There isn't a kid who wouldn't love it. So sweet and the cream cheese is a wonderful surprise to anyone! I baked this with my nephew and he loved sprinkling the sugar and folding the cream cheese. Great as a baking project with kids, fun to make and they absolutely love it!

I have been baking monkey bread for years. When I saw Paula's Gorilla bread, I just had to try it. Monkey bread has been a big hit my family and friends, but when they tried the Gorilla bread, they all said they had better not get any on their forehead because they just might slap their brains out trying to lick it off. Wrapping the biscuits around the bits of cream cheese gave it a creaminess that is just out of this world. And the flavour of the cream cheese added with the cinnamon is just to die for.

Love this recipe and my husband really loves it. I could make it once a week or more. I usually half it and it still turns out okay. I have also used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and light butter.

Everyone loved this recipe! Mine was done in 45 minutes so I would check as end time gets close. We loved the cream cheese, but I think I too will use 3/4 of the cream cheese next time. Such an easy recipe with wonderful results. Great warm or cold!

It was pretty good, but the kid's did'nt like the cream cheese in the middle. I would make it again without the cream cheese. Thanks :

When I first tried this recipe, I forgot the brown sugar and butter. It still turned out great! I have a recipe similar to this called Monkey Bread, but I have replaced that recipe with this one! Not for the low carb dieters!!!
