Excellent. This recipe was a breeze to make and all who tasted it loved it. I didn't have any half and half so used only whole milk. The pudding was still thick, creamy and delicious. Will be my go-to pudding recipe from now on.

I quartered this recipe for my husband and myself and then cut the sugar in half again - still a bit sweet, but sooooo chocolaty and smooth!! A real winner if adjusted to desired sweetness. Could benefit from addition of espresso!! Didn't use white chocolate at all, can only imagine how sweet THAT would have been!

Excellent chocolate pudding. The pudding thickened better than any pudding I have made before. Great chocolate flavor.

I'm not a big pudding fan, maybe it's because I've never had Gale Gand's pudding before. I needed chocolate pudding to go in another recipe so I gave this one a try. Wow! Lots of great chocolate flavor. (I probably added more than 3 ounces of the bittersweet chocolate. Probably more like 4 - 5 ounces.

This is exquisite! Velvety smooth, rich, perfectly sweet. I followed the recipe to the letter, using Trader Joe's Belgian Bittersweet chocolate bar. Next time, I'll probably omit the white chocolate. I found it distracting and it didn't really add that much flavor. I also got more than 8 servings but that's probably because I used small cups as it was so rich. Will definitely make again.

Delicious recipe, you'll never use jell-o pudding again.
