I made the recipe exactly as written...very yummy and the dressing really compliments the figs. Next time I may do what another reader posted and warm the cheese in the figs when roasting... but will definitely make it again! Hubby loved it!

This dressing is fantastic!! I used shaved parmesan cheese because that's what I had. Also served with parmesan crunchy toasts, as opposed to croutons for a little crunch. Will definately make again.

I went to Whole Foods this morning and bought figs and some blue cheese, looking for something different . Went on Food Network's website and found this recipe. Did not change anything but the cheese. It was wonderful. This is the third recipe I've tried of Tyler's that is a hit in my home.

We loved this dish. Very special. I had to make a few adjustments according to pantry - I used chestnut honey (a bit too rich - orange blossom would be best and used Stilton. The figs were outstanding. The whole dish is a winner. Can't wait to make again using Tyler's exact ingredients!

This recipie is wonderful. The dressing is very good, and really complements the figs. The only thing I changed was I roasted the figs with the gorgonzola in them, I didn't put it on the side.

I was recently at my favorite Organic store, David's Natural Market, in Columbia, MD. I saw an amazing amount of figs available and found out they were in season.

I searched foodtv.com for recipes and found this one. My husband cannot stop talking about it. We just came back from a cruise with exceptional food and this is best food he has had so far.

    YUMMMY . . . with three M's!

yum!!! the only thing I changed was goat cheese instead of gorgonzola as I don't like blues. This is really beautiful and a treat!
