This was fantastic. Lots of crunch and well received around my whole table. I would maybe add a pinch of sugar to the dressing in the future to cut down on the acidity but thats it! Will make again!

Not a big fan of the mustard based dressing. Use for a side salad, not a whole dish.

While I was making the pizza, my husband actually made this dressing and it was fabulous! I used spring lettuce mix and added bean sprouts and chow mein noodles on top. The flavor was so good and was so different than pre-made dressing.

It's pretty tasty, i made it for dinner last nite as an appetizer. it was good, my parents loved it, my dad likes salads of any kind. but i think the romaine lettuce was a little extra, we can omit that next time, and it was a little too oily for my taste, but the avacados were great, and the crunchy red peppers were superb!

I added grilled chicken breast to make a meal. My family loved this. I couldn't find Wasabi paste so I used hot and spicy mustard in place of it and the mustard. Very nice.

This dressing made this salad zesty and flavorful. Also it had a great presentation. I would make this for company with a few egg rolls and sushi.
