Great, and can be made using a 9" loaf pan (mine is glass if you don't have a souffle dish, except that the ends won't get as much of the "lava" as the center.

This was truly awful. The dates overpowered the chocolate flavor, resulting in a cake that tastes like prune juice or something. My husband has a huge sweet tooth and loves chocolate, but ate his serving and told me I could throw the rest out. That never happens!

This recipe was easy and looked so impressive to guests-the taste is smooth and not real sweet-definitely a keeper!

Hard to believe this is fat free. It tastes so rich and decadent! I'll make it many times again I'm sure, though I might cut back on the sugar just a bit because the dates add sweetness too.

I love this low fat idea! It was great with a strawberry sauce on top.

I really liked the texture of this "pudding cake" but I could taste the dates over the chocolate, even though I used a good quality cocoa powder. I would make it again, only I'd like to try it with prunes instead of dates and add more cocoa.

This reminds me of a hot, moist chocolate molten lava cake with the warm fudgy center without the guilt. I love that it is lowfat. The chocolate does overpower the taste of the dates. I would not have known that it had dates in it. I sure did enjoy licking the bowl that the date and sugar mixture had been in. It reminded me of my Mother's Date Loaf at Christmas. I really enjoyed this one. Thanks.

Ok. Even I got this one right. I was a little doubtful when I started but once it came out of the oven....I was the star of the show. Thanks Tyler for another hit!!

A creative way to prepare dessert. I wish Food 911 and other chefs on FTV have more health concious and considerate of those who are trying to stay away from sodium, sugar and white flour.
