This dressing is one of the best I've every had. Also makes a great "dip".

i left out the turkey and made a side salad out of this recipe. i also skipped the lettuce bowls and just chopped the lettuce. it was excellent and flavorful. i will make it again for sure.

This is easily the best salad I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Everyone I have ever introduced to it, reflects this sentiment. Simply the best

This was ok - could get my "bowls" to come out right and overall the salad didn't have great flavor.

    Great Salad!
Instead of using the lettuce as a bowl, I just shredded one head and incorporated it with the ingredients and served it from a large bowl. The combination of flavors and textures is like a party in your mouth! The dressing is creamy and tangy, a great compliment to the salad ingredients.
    This one is a "keeper"!

The family feels so special to each have their own lettuce bowl. I used store bought bleu cheese dressing & walnuts to save time and was still wonderful. Highly recommend for a brunch or ladies luncheon. I served it with Mango slices & grapes...yum!

I have made Waldorf Salads and Waldorf Chicken Salad on a Croissant. But this has to be the most creative way of making a salad. I never would have thought of doing this. Plus it was very delicious too.
    Sincerely - Caleb
