This were really easy to make with the left over egg whites I had from making pumpkin pie. I left out the nuts and chocolate. They taste like cotton candy and it's an easy recipe to sub ingrediants for different flavors. I just made mexican coco ones with cinnamon extract and dark chocolate and peppermint ones with peppermint extract and peppermint candy cane sprinkles.

It would have been nice to have a photo of this with the recipe since Emeril called it a Pink Pig. I thought you were supposed to make them in a pig shape.

I made these as one of the finger sweets for my daughter's wedding reception and they were perfect! Use good quality chocolate and add the red food coloring a drop at a time -- it goes a long way. Enjoy!

i made these cookies for my family and got really mixed reviews on them....I think you really have to like meringue. I really enjoyed all the different flavors involved.

My granddaughter made this recipe when she was just 3 years old. She entered them in the county fair and won 1st. place in her age catagory. Very easy to make and great cookies!
We lost the recipe as we had gotten it from your show and scribbbled it on a envelope. We are so very happy to have found it here. We will be making them agin soon!

There is one thing I did differently. I added coconut extract instead of vanilla. My husband loves cocnut, so I thought I would try it and it worked! Great recipe!
