I have never cooked meat using these types of spices before. After watching the show, the recipie looked so good we tried it the next night. It was so fabulous! The flavors blended together so well. The bed of orzo was a wonderful compliment to the dish. The whole family gobbled it up, including the little ones.

First time out, I swapped skinless breasts because that is what I had on hand.

Rave reaction from everyone who ate this. Since first time I have made it several more times all with great reviews and never exactly the same twice.

Interesting note is how good this is in single servings for lunches once the flavors marry overnight.

I love this recipe... people are always so impressed you made it!! Tastes much closer to restaurant food than homemade.

    Enjoy.

It is easy to make, and tastes so scrumptious. I would recommend that everyone try it.

I loved this recipe for its unusual combination of sweetness and bite. The cayenne pepper added a touch of hotness to an otherwise sweet and mild dish. The only thing I would change is the amount of chicken required. 1.5lb seemed to be too little, maybe I'll try adding 2lb next time. Otherwise, definitely a great dish to make and it's so colorful and unusual, you can almost certainly entertain with it.

I added chicken stock, diced tomatoes, extra veggies, & also doubled the spices. Served it over orange couscous. It was delicious. I will make it again for sure.
