This was the perfect mid-week dinner. I put some green chilies in as well and it was delicious. Super easy and surprisingly tasty. Will definitely make again.

These were easy to assemble and ready in no time at all. I made them for a small get-together and everyone really enjoyed them, including myself - a really picky eater.

My friend made this for our Aunt Sandy South of the Border Fiesta! Although it is hard to actually call this a russipe, it was super simple and easily was the best thing made that day. Cook up mushrooms and onions with some cumin and add them in and it turns this hum drum recipe into something totally yummy

Considering how easy this is to make, this was very tasty. It is a nice quick dinner or snack when you don't have a lot of time.

For new cooks like myself, this is a great starter recipe. I used regular refried pinto beans for example, and since tortillas last a long time in the fridge, it's a good "go to" for quick dinners!

Great simple recipe that you can add whatever suits you. I added chopped jalapeno pepper and shredded chicken. I prepared these queadillas for football watching crowd and it was a big hit.
