Very easy - got a 2.25 lb lobster for 2 of us. Used langostinos and frozen cod for stuffing, delicious! I should have boiled the lobster a few more minutes - the large claw was not quite cooked thoroughly, but still delectable for a Christmas Eve dinner! (with a nice bottle of champagne :

I used the stuffing recipe but I did not steam the lobster. I baked it for 25 min. It was great.
