I always have trouble getting this to turn out right. I have started using a panna cotta base from www.dessertsnow.com, I then make the balsamic strawberry's and serve.

The best panna cotta I've ever had. Very easy to make and very pretty.

Very easy to make. I learned a trick from a dessert chef - Instead of using a ramikin - place the panna cotta in a plastic drinking cup fill 1/4 to 1/2 full depending on the number of servings. Once it sets, poke a hole in the bottom of the cup, while inverted over the plate. The dessert will fall right into place. I also like serving it in a martini glass.
