I will have to say I was very skeptical of this recipe as I have always just steamed my cauliflower..however this blew my socks off at how good it was! Thank you food network for a great way to prepare cauliflower!

What a great way to cook cauliflower! I never like the vegetable steamed but this really stimulated my senses. The only change I would make is to add garlic powder for extra flavor or garlic salt and omit salt all together.

I'll never make steamed cauliflower again! This had such a nice flavour and the cauliflower was cooked perfectly, loved the carmelization. My husband almost always puts lemon juice on his veggies for flavour (healthier than butter, but he tried the cauliflower and loved it as it was and even had a second helping!

This was pretty decent. Not to good without sea salt. Gotta have sea salt. Leftovers were not to tasty though.

Creamy and tender inside, slightly crunchy outside. And super easy to fix.

This was so wonderful! We added a few things, like garlic and a sprinkle of chedder cheese melted on top. Delish!
