    I HAD JUST STARTED MY LOW CARB DIET A WEEK AGO, AND ALREADY I WAS BORED AND ABOUT TO GIVE UP. THIS RECIPE IS SO EASY AND QUICK I WAS ABLE TO MAKE THIS FOR LUNCH AND IT ONLY TOOK TEN MINUTES MAYBE LESS. THE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS RECIPE IS THAT I HAD ALL THE INGEDIDNTS IN THE HOUSE AND DIDN'T HAVE TO GO SEARCHING THE GROCERY STORE!!!AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF IT TASTE GREAT !!!!!!!

    You need to watch the salt seasoning - If you season the meat good, don't add salt to the salad portion. You will taste the seasoning from the meat in the salad.

    This is an amazing recipe. It tastes like something you would get in a restaurant. I used fresh spinach leaves instead of the salad. It was delicious.
