    Made these burgers tonight they where amazing...made them for my whole family with my youngest being 7...they where a huge hit. Cooked to perfection and a wonderful change from the day to day burger. Way to go with this one Bobby big fan of your recipes but this one is definately a favorite. My 7 yr old just kept say Mom I LOVE BOBBY FLAY

    My husband and his friend first had this burger at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas. They thought two burgers really sounded great so they ordered the Cuban and another burger and were each to have half of both. When they reached the half-way mark, my husband's friend would not give up the other half of his Cuban burger. We since make them at home and tease the friend about it. We have shared this recipe with lot's of people-everybody loves it.

    We loved this burger and it was easy to make. I will suggets you cook it longer than the recipe says. They are pretty big burgers and need longer cook time to medium done. Grat for having people over . One burger will definately fill you up.

    I love cuban food and this recipe is classic everyday cuban. I hit the burger with a little ancho power before cooking just to give it a little zip.
