These are very easy to make and may need a little salting to taste after grilling, but just like the old spicy wedges of old!!!

If using large potatos, try cutting them into quarters before you boil them. It will not take as long to prepare them.

I need more instructions on the best way to pre-cook these potatoes. I simmered them (which took forever and then cut them up, but it ended up a huge mess.
I would recommend that you leave enough time to simmer them VERY low so that the potato does not explode, and then let them completely cool before slicing.
