    The butter made the blue cheese even creamier than I expected. It was delicious! I even left out the parsley, but added some garlic to the steaks. Didn't want to take the time to broil them, so I just put the bluebutter on top and covered them with foil while they rested.
    It's a keeper. Thanks!

    Made the blue cheese spread over some brown sugar and bourbon marinated sirloins the combination of slightly sweet and salty was very good.

    Tried this and my husband loved it. I didn't use the butter due to the high fat content but it was delicious just the same.
