I have so much basil right now and was looking for an easy recipe. Other's required blanching, other's required no cheese. This one was exactly what I was looking for!

I was not impressed. I followed the directions and used just what it said, but it seemed extremely bland--not much flavor.

Nice fresh taste, very earthy smell, and i feel best served as a chilled pasta side.

I made this with bowtie pasta. Delicious summer time pasta! Only change was that I toasted the pinenuts before adding.

This was great and so easy. Perfect on pasta for a summery meal. I don't think it needs the full 2/3 c. oil, I just streamed it in until I got the consitency I wanted, which was considerably less than 2/3c.

We loved this dish! We used penne pasta and sometimes we add chicken.
As written, it is very aromatic and light. Great with cheesey garlic bread.

This is good, but I prefer a creamier pesto. I am not sure if it was the recipe or my blending technique!
