    I loved this recipe, and the nice thing about Polenta is that it is very versatile. EXCELLENT, thanks for sharing.

    One thing sbout polenta, you can serve it up in so many ways. Add cheeses and fry, KIDS love it. In the south we serve grits much the same way, all kinds of ways.

    This was an excellent tip. I actually used this recipe with a pot of homemade soup. The kids even loved it!
