Definately a new favorite in our household of picky eaters. My family just learned that spices make food good, and with only three tablespoons of curry powder, it's a great introduction to our simple palates. My 14 month old daughter loved the curried chicken! Like many others, I used boneless skinless chicken breasts. And I also added about 1/4 cup chopped onion for additional flavor and texture. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I made this recipe because I wanted to try a change from my regular chicken salad. It was fantastic. I did use boneless skinless chicken breats & I did not have the chutney in my pantry though so I sub'd it with orange marmalade and it was just heavenly. I served it over a bed of fresh greens and delicate crackers. I will be making this recipe often. A+++++ all the way. Thanx Food Network.

I didn't add the chutney (didn't have any in the pantry, and it was wonderful. It was a huge hit at a potluck, and I'll be making it again and often!

I really enjoyed this sandwich. My husband and I just love chicken curry recipes so this was right up our alley. The added celery, walnuts and raisins made it a unique and flavoraful meal. But the best was placing it all in a light and fluffy crossiant. Great idea and great recipe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I used canned tuna instead of chicken, but otherwise followed the recipe. Wonderful flavor and crunch, and stood up well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

I used to think Atlanta Bread Company had the best curried chicken salad sandwiches but this beats it. I made it for my Sunday school, and they gobbled it up! Thanks!

We were asked to provide sandwiches for a luncheon. This recipe fed an "army". I substituted one item..grapes instead of raisens. The Chutney is a must. It was easy to do and worth the effort. I'm getting quite a reputation as a Chef! Thanks to Foodnetwork!
