This is easy, delicious and it makes the house smell great!!!

I also make a condensed version with boneless skinless chicken breasts and do it in a pan on the stovetop!!!

Great for company too! We have this at least once a month!

I was looking for a recipe that encompassed what I had in my kitchen...this fit the bill. My family absolutely loved this recipe including my sister's french pastry chef boyfriend who asked for the recipe. Exceelent addition to my recipe book.

I made this dish this evening for my family and it was a huge hit! I made it exactly like the recipe, with two exceptions -- I used a chopped yellow onion in place of the pearl onions, and I used a very small splash of red wine to deglase the pan. It wasn't a difficult recipe, just a little time consumming. I served it with the suggested noodles, fresh green beans and crescent rolls. Will definitely be having this meal again!!

It has a good taste, next time I would drain off the fat after cooking chicken, cut back on the lemon just a little and use only half the lemon juice. Used fresh rosemary in mine I would chop it fine. Easy to make.

It takes a little time to make but it's all worth it. Make sure to discard the grease after browning the chicken or the liquid will be too oily which is not very good. I made this recipe twice and get easier doing it and plan to make it again next time.
