This recipe is really good! Using the fresh herbs is a must, and you can use less goat cheese per person than is recommended. A really impressive salad to entertain with.

This was my first recipe out of your book. It was very good. The one thing I would like to ask, is that I did think it was missing something? The only thing I did different was I didn't have fresh spices. They came from a bottle. We will try this again, but with fresh parsley,thyme.

This salad was delicious and easy to make. A great change from typical salads.
