This pizza is fantastic. I have made it several times when company has come over and they love it. My son in law is crazy about it. I add a few more onions as we are onion lovers. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this pizza a 20!

This is a total ripoff from the Pizzeria Uno chain of restaurants. This has been on their appetizer menu for decades. I'm surprised it won a contest.

Good but it is a little hard to get the crust to roll out right. But, i'm not a pizza chef either

I saw this episode and thought to myself "thats pretty gross". Then one day I relized I had a bunch of potatoes I had to use up and decided to try it. It was amazing, the garlic mashed potatoes could be a meal in itself without the rest of the pizza. The crust is great, and go figure, the potatoes actually do well on it as a pizza. Thanks Emeril and Dominic.
