    We have tried a lot of cheesecake recipes, looking for the perfect one. I think we finally found it! This is creamy and oh so easy to make! Paula wins again!

    Served this at Christmas dinner to a family of raging pecan praline fanatics. The cheesecake recipe was so easy to follow: shouldn't even be rated "medium"! The outcome was superb and now I've passed the recipe to all my friends. This is delicious, easy, and impressive. You can even serve without the praline sauce & it is equally as delectable.

    Everybody loved this cheesecake and they don't even know that it was so easy to make. The first time I tried it, I baked it and it came out kind of dried on the outside but perfect on the inside. Then the second time I made it I put the cheesecake in a water bath and it came out moist and creamy throughtout the cake, so from now on I will use this technique. I love Paula's recipies...I want to thank Paula for helping us out with wonderful recipies...she makes my life easier and my loved ones happy and their tummies full with good good.

    I made this for New Year's and it was great! I prepared the topping at the last minute and poured it over the top when it was warm. Great presentation and yummy!

    The Praline Sauce is what really gives this cheesecake truly awesome flavor!! Make extra to pour over ice cream too.

    Not difficult to make. Now used this recipe two times, and each was a real hit with the guests. They loved it!
    To save time, I made both the cake and sauce one day in advance. Warmed the sauce just before serving. Everything worked out fine and gave me time to prepare other food items.

    As with every recipe from Paula Deens this one is over the top. I know where to look for something very special and delicious whenever I need a recipe for an occasion. She is one of a kind, and we should all appreciate her.

    I have NEVER been a very good cook but I made this cheesecake for a Christmas party and it was a HUGH success! Everyone wanted the recipe. It is so simple to make and it looks and taste like a pro made it!
