This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have the cajun seasoning, fresh basil and fish stock when I made it so I had to use beau monde seasoning, red pepper, dried basil and chicken stock. It still tasted fantastic. I'm going to the store tomorrow to make it with the listed ingredients. Can't wait. Even my picky eaters loved this dish.

We made this recipe for 10 pounds of shrimp for my 50th birthday, along with lobster, crab and all the extras. I know it must have been fabulous because when I went back to have some, all ten pounds were gone!
