It's delicious. Of course. It's bagels and lox! It's not "mini breakfast bagels" blahblah. It's yummy, but it barely even qualifies as a recipe, and I sincerely doubt that anyone needed to look it up.
Also... just based on the picture, that looks like a lot of lox. Like, way too much.

This is a fantastic recipe, but you have got to be kidding if you think this is your recipe. I've eaten this at home since I was little and have ordered in many Jewish Deli's.

A classic breakfast / brunch treat. Oh, and by the way "Myron from Boston, MA" isn't up on copyright law in the US at all...you certainly can apply for copyright protection on recipes. According to US Copyright web site at http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl122.html:when "a recipe or formula is accompanied by substantial literary expression in the form of an explanation or directions, or when there is a combination of recipes, as in a cookbook, there may be a basis for copyright protection." The next paragraph gives instruction on how to apply for said protection.
I know, most of this review is off-topic. However, I hate it when a reviewer says nothing about the product, gives a less-than-great rating, and takes an off-topic cheap shot -- especially when they have no idea what they are talking about...

Jamie,
Welcome to the US. Here, you cannot copyright a recipe. Nice try.

This recipe is a great variation of good old bagels and lox. Very good.
