I had a recipe for Late Night Bacon that included "Footloose", but it took 107 minutes. This is much quicker and it, too, includes paper towels for easy cleanup.

This is such a great idea! I will throw my bacon in the microwave and turn it on for about 8 minutes or so then go to be. When I get up in the morning, there's perfectly cooked bacon ready to go, I just heat it up for about 30 seconds and I'm set!

Oh my gosh, so exciting! I can't wait for Early Morning Bacon...Afternoon Snack Bacon...Appetizer Bacon...in fact, Ray-Ray should put out a whole book of bacon preparation directions, copied right off the package. It could come out in time for next Christmas!!! Thank you in advance, Rachael, for helping me make bacon ANY TIME OF DAY!

This recipe is SO good!....I'm frustrated right now since my printer is out of ink...This one's a keeper, folks!....I only need to prepare 2 servings next time, so I assume I can just divide everything by 2. I'll post a follow up once I prepare in smaller quantities. Preparation is key when making this recipe...Count your bacon strips carefully, and keep an eye on the number of paper towels you tear off the roll...Other than that, it IS an overall easy recipe to follow.

This was a bit complicated, but I finally was able to produce Late Night Bacon. I think a glass of ice water would compliment this perfectly. Rachel, do you have a great recipe for ice that's not too complicated?

Oh my God THANK YOU RAY RAY! All my life I never knew how to heat up bacon in my microwave. Every time I asked someone how to do it they would laugh and ask me if I was "serious". Thank you so much for taking the time to instruct people like me who never had the opportunity to learn about microwave usage as children! This is why you are the modern day Julia Child!
