    Too bad this is late night bacon because I would love to be able to microwave bacon in the morning. Now I have to put the 8 strips on my Forman grill before I go to bed. I love waking to the smell of bacon...it's delicious..it's good for me...it's the perfect way to start the day. It's costing me a fortune in bubble wrap.

    Thank God for Rachael Ray! My husband was so impressed with this recipe, definitely a keeper! Now that I have the confidence to pull this off, I'll be making this on a regular basis.
