This is the worst recipe I have ever tried. What a waste of a london broil!

This was a different meat for me. I've never cooked London Broil, although I used to order it when I went out to eat years ago. I loved the marinade, and will probably use it on other beef dishes.

This recipe worked out deliciously for a cookout I recently had to impress my boyfriends friends. I couldn't cut the meat fast enough as they were taking the right off the cutting board. Grilled to perfection!

I added white pepper to this recipe and also marinated it for about 18-20 hours (overnight the few times I've made this. The flavors compliment each other well. This has become a Father's Day favorite for my family. I would recomend to serve medium rare, medium at most. If you like your steak med. well to well, I would suggest butterflying it so the meat doesn't become tough.

My whole family loves this recipe!! I do find that it's a lot better if I put the meat in the marinade the night before I plan to cook it, and let it do it's thing for about 24 hours. London Broil can be a bit tough, but letting it marinade longer is the answer. Everyone that has tried it has loved it! Can't wait to try it out on chicken!!
