I thought this was a good, basic dish that was easy to make. I added some white wine to the sauce and it made it even better (in my opinion!

Not only was this super simple to make - it was delicious. I read other reviews and decided to add fresh basil as the sauce simmered - it added a wonderful freshness. Also I split the meat up - half pancetta, half prosciutto - delicious! All my guests loved it.

This is really a great alternative to a regular spaghetti dish! My family loves this recipe -- I make it regularly!

I subbed shallots for onion and used whole wheat pasta. It was amazing!

I needed a quick pasta dish. Wow!! I have "gourmet" friends and they were impressed. Even the kids couldn't get enough.

I double the ingredients so I can keep enough on hand for a second meal.
Even with the red pepper my children LOVE this sauce and ask for it regularly. It's become the base for our pasta nights.
Very easy, makes the house smell great. I highly recommend this to someone looking to do a little homemade sauce goodness for friends or family.

I enjoyed the pancetta in the pasta dish rather than traditional ground beef. In combination with the acidity of the tomatoes, the romano, and the sweet pancetta it was a unique experience of "spaghetti." There seemed to be too much going on in my mouth; too many flavors.
