    Who would have thought we could enjoy fried chicken on a low carb diet. This recipe is great and it was very easy to make.

    My family loved it. I would cook this even if I weren't on the carb diet. The soy flour is great! The seasonings are the best I've ever used for fried chicken. So good and moist.

    Absolutely what I have been looking for and just what I needed to find.

    Please thank your staff for such a wonderful easy idea and the soy flour was not a problem at all

    This was great. Very crispy & extremely tasty. You cant tell the difference. I was reluctant to use Soy Flour but have to say that I am glad I gave it a whirl. Definitly a keeper for the Low Carb Lifestyle.

    I made chicken fingers and The Kids loved them and had NO IDEA that I made them Low Carb!

    With George's recipes we never have to do without again!!! Thank you Food Network for bringing us this show!
