    I loved the spices and the sauce, but the lamb took almost four hours to cook to medium, in a convection oven! My guests loved it when it was served, but it took much longer than the recipe said.

    I made this for Easter this year and everyone went back for thirds. I love garlic, so I added a little more garlic. Very easy and quick.

    This is a very bland leg of lamb recipe. Even with the garlic, rosemary and lemon. I will not be making this again.
