Love this recipe. Savory and creamy Brie are an awesome combination.

I lightened it up quite a bit using skim milk, neufetcal cheese instead of brie and less olive oil, but dotted with 1 Tbsp of butter for browning and extra richness. Made approx. 1/3 of recipe and it was/is delicious!

Very tasty and relatively easy to make. I spent the $12 on the brie cheese only to cut it up in advance and then forget to put it in! It still tasted great, and I likely cut out 1000 calories, too. Will make it again - great for large parties.

This is always a crowd pleaser! Have made it several times and have never had a complaint! I added roasted red peppers the last time I made it and it was delicious. I also used frozen spinach as that is all I had on hand, it worked fine, however 2 packages was a little much unless you really like spinach.

I am just going to pile on here with a great review. I made this for a Saturday art luncheon and all the ladies loved it. We agree it is not low cal, but your not eating the entire dish. I can see this as a great go to dish for a pot luck, or holiday buffet. Yum Yum Yum...

Excellent dish. My entire family loves, loves it and requests it at every holiday meal. And with my family, that is something considering their tastes run all over the place and there are some picky eaters. Goes great with ham especially, but serving it this Christmas with roast beef.

I have made this "pudding" countless times since I first tasted it at a party I attended years ago. It truly is delicious and I have passed the recipe on many times over. I have never changed the recipe since it's perfect the way it is. It is also a wonderfully filling and hearty dish to serve to vegetarians. One word of caution...it makes a LOT. Oh so yummy!!

My niece arrived at our house with this recipe in hand to make for our family. It was so delicious that I made it for a ladies lunch that I do for Christmas. Again rave reviews from everyone. I forwarded the recipe. I decided to make it again when we hosted an upscale charity brunch. People came back for thirds and I still had leftovers. Again I was forwarding the recipe. I follow the recipe except for the herbs. I use herbs de provence and the brie IS mandetory! I followed another reviewers advice and tried freezing the leftovers.....worked great. Tasted just as good the 2nd time around. MAKE THIS....you won't be disappointed..
