I don't ever rate recipes but when I saw this only has 3 stars I just had to. I left out the lettuce. This salad was balanced, refreshing and healthy!

I found adding toasted slivered almonds to the carrot/ pea mixture made the salad a little more special.

But this one blows. The dressing is just nasty, as are the defrosted frozen peas tossed on top. Nice try.
