Oh my god did this satisfy my craving for something sweet, I was amazed that there were next to zero carbs. I did not have strawberries so I added a few blackberries to keep it low carb. This was also great with out fruit.

This is Good! I've been using different fruits, depending on what I have in the refridgerator. My husband rates this a '10' (and he knows I ask on a scale of 1-5!!

I made this and it turned out wonderful! It tastes great! The only thing to get used to is the texture against the roof of your mouth. I guess it's the milk solids from the cream, but it's not at all bad.
I prefer the chocolate because, I guess, the chocolate cuts the sweetness from the Splenda. Unfortunately, I didn't have strawberries-that would've been awesome!!
Would be great on top of your coffee too or sugar-free hot chocolate.
I wonder if you can freeze this in those plastic popsicle things?

Very easy to make and really delicious. For an extra treat, top with real whipped cream.

This recipe was easy to follow and quick. Slicing the strawberries took the longest :. I had my husband(who is thin try one and he couldn't tell it was low carb or diet food as he calls it. The chocolate part is very good. I will use that part of the recipe when I want a chocolate mousse.

This was a really great dessert! It really hit the sweet spot for my low carb friends. Only suggestion: I add the splenda in gradually and tast frequently, you may want less.
