These were great! After a trail run, I added Mushroom minced, some fresh garlic and put just a splash of stock ( I like mine a little more crunchy they were great. With side of rice with the sauce my family loved it and will make it again!

These were okay. Not great, but not bad either. Would not make them again. All eight of us had the same opinion of them.

This recipe was delicious and very easy to make. My husband loved the crunchiness of the water chestnuts...nice little surprise when he bit into them.

These are wonderful. I used the Williams-Sanoma potsticker Soy-Ginger sauce- you can make it as spicy as you wish.

But it didn't change my life. That's what I'm looking for in a 5-star recipe. So, I used sriracha in the sauce and that was a bad call. Use the chili garlic sauce (also put out by huy fong foods instead and it'll be much better. The inside of the potstickers just wasn't everything I had ever wanted.

These are delicious! The shrimp, water chestnuts and cilantro add wonderful flavor to the pork. These are irresitable. They were gobbled up in no time!

I used Altons "perfect potstickers" because it was easier, and this Dipping sauce. The combo was excellent. Double the meat recipe and you are able to use all of the wantons. Gone in one night..
