We are crazy for this addictive comfort food with it's hint of just the right amount of curry in the background.
I have used this as a side dish with Dinner and main dish along Salad for Lunch.

The dipping sauce was great, almost like a chimichurri

I cooked this on the grill, and it was delicious. Take care not to overcook. The chops were only about 3/4" thick, and only took about 3 minutes per side on indirect high heat.

I USED TO LIKE YOUR SHOW BUT I DON'T SEE HOW THIS WAS SEMI-HOME MADE!!!! IT WAS REALLY HARD TO MAKE AND I USED EVERY POT IN THE HOUSE. MINTE JELLY IS NOT SEMI HOME MADE AND I NEED A TABLE DECORATION FOR EASTER. YOU ARE REALLY LETTING YOUR FANS DOWN NOW THAT YOU AHVE THAT RICH HUSBAND AND YOU ARE SKINNY.

I realize that Ray never actually tests these recipes as a proper chef, a compatent cook or even a big box test kitchen would- so I can understand why she must have thought this sounded impressive. And I suppose if you don't know any better it does. However it is in the harsh reality of the real world that this dish falls as flat as Ms. Ray's chest.

If you follow this recipe you will be left with yet ANOTHER oily, bitter, fattening mess with less eye appeal then a budget tv dinner. Of course if you have actually had the misfortune of having any of ray's recipes before then you should already know what you are in for. If you have not please do your self a favour and for excellent lamb recipes review those by Ina Garten. You will thank me.

This was a nice dish, but a little expensive to make a lot.
