This recipe is great! My only suggestions are plan for more than 10 minutes and make more sauce! It takes longer than the suggested time to reduce the chicken stock, capers and lemon juice to a thick sauce. For more family, we all wanted more sauce to use on our spaghettie noodles that I put under the chicken. Besides that, this is a great, easy and quick recipe!

This was a fast and easy dinner. With a side of spaghetti as pictured, it was well received by the family. I would suggest the following when making this recipe:
1. Two cups of flour for dusting 4 chicken breasts is WAY TOO MUCH. Just use enough to coat the chicken.
2. After adding the stock and lemon juice, and bringing it up to temperature, you may want to remove the chicken. The sauce requires SERIOUS reduction, and you don't want to boil the coating off. After it has reduced to the consistancy of sauce rather than soup, put the chicken back in.
