The slaw was really easy to make, the ingredients looked good before I started but I was a little concerned about the 2/3 cup of splenda. As it turned out, my concern was confirmed with the first taste. Too Sweet! I love sweet but that was way too much for slaw. Will be cutting back the next time I make it and there will be a next time.

I took this to a family party for a nephew who was graduating from collage last weekend. Everyone loved it and no one even suspected that it was low carb. I used half as much Splenda as it called for. It was plenty sweet enough. Delicious!

This is a very easy and delicious recipe for cole slaw. I will never make any other kind of cole slaw.

Because I'm Somersizing and can't have sugar this recipe is great. I only used 1/2 cup of Splenda and it was still a little to sweet. Other than that, it is delicious.

I made this for my family and everyone really liked it. It is very different and refreshing. I would use more nuts than it calls for and about 1/2 the sugar substitute. If you use all of the sugar it is just way to sweet.

This cole slaw recipe tastes great. It's even better than regular cole slaw. The walnuts gives it a special & different flavor.
