    This recipe was really easy.I made it for dinner last night and with the leftover's I popped them in the microwave this morning added a couple of pieces of toast and it was great.Thanks for two meals...a busy mom!

    Simple and full of flavor. An excellent "had to work late and dinner is behind" meal. Also great as a brunch meal for family and friends.

    Thank you for the great recipe idea. A couple of weeks ago I prepared this dish for a brunch my wife and I had for some of our most discerning friends. I don't know what was more rewarding - to see the enjoyment on their faces as they ate it, or the shock on their faces when they learned that I had prepared it. Everyone raved about it.     I made this recipe for breakfast and it was a hit!!!My family loved it and i even made some extras with the breakfast.

    IT WAS VERY EASY TO PREPARE, THE DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS HAD A SPECIFIC TASTE THAT LENDED TO THE OVERALL TASTE. IT WAS DELICIOUS AND VERY SATSIFYING. THANK YOU
