    This recipe was quick and easy to prepare and made a delightful side for the Potato and Prosciutto Frittata that she paired together with it on the show! Very fresh and tasty! I make it all the time now as even my young children enjoy it!

    Everyone in the family enjoyed this especially our 4 year old daughter who gave it two thumbs up. We had this as a soup course with a chicken pasta meal. So quick and good!

    I think there could have been less broth, for I actually had quite a bit left over, a little too much, so I saved it and made more.
