I add chicken, celery and carrot. A different twist on the classic chicken noodle. The cheese crisps are easy as well. They don't last long in my house.

This was a very light and great dish! I used 1-Three Cheese and
1-Chicken/Prosciutto Fresh Tortellini package. The Fresh Parsley is to die for! It really adds flavor to the broth. The Parmesan Cheese Crisps are Heaven! I did them on the outside grill over a rack with parchment paper! Will definitely do this one again! Very Easy to make and Quick!

While this dish is incredibly easy to make, the end result is pretty disappointing. The tortellini get to a point way past al dente as they soak up all the broth and start to disintegrate in the soup. You end up with a soup that is fairly flavorless and full of mushy stuffed pasta. I won't be making this one again.

It's not a recipe with complex flavors and lots of steps, but it's a quick and easy soup to warm you up on a cold day. I used chicken and prosciutto tortellini to give it a little extra flavor.

This was so simple to make. I loved the easyness of it. The fresh parsley gives it a kick.

I took the suggestion of some other reviewers and added basil pesto while the pasta was cooking. This was so simple to make and even my picky kids liked it. The parmesan crisps were very good with it and the whole meal was more filling than I expected. I'll definitely make it again!
