    The tequila chicken quesadilla recipe was easy to make, tasted good, and went quick!

    The "tortillas" seemed a bit more like cornbread, but tasted great, especially when browned with a little butter.

    I had my doubts with the soy flour......but was I wrong!!!! The quesadilla was absolutely delicious...and the chicken mixture is totally fabulous!!!

    I'm not doing low carb, so I just made the chicken and served it like a fajita. It was the most wonderful chicken mexican dish I have ever had!

    I made the chicken but not the quesidilla but the chicken is well able to stand alone. I served it for dinner over zuchinni "spaghetti". Will use this chicken recipe again! Love the low carb show!
