Loved this cheesecake. Found if you change the splenda to 1 cup and 1/2 cup sugar, it was better.
Also whipped the egg whites from the 3 yolks used and fold in at the end of mixing. Cake is lighter.

I can't believe how close this tastes to the real-deal. I had three pieces of this over the last week, and I'm still in ketosis, and still losing about a pound a day. This diet is the coolest thing ever when I can eat food this gourmet and delicious and not gain, but lose weight. I made mine with an almond flour crust (simply butter, almond flour, a pinch of salt and Splenda. It adds very few carbs but, gives the cool crust if you miss it on this cheesecake. But, it's great without it, too. THANKS AGAIN, George.

I love this recipe even though it's a bit hard to do. The missing topping could be strawberries with strawberry jam, it fits really good.

I made this cheesecake for my diabetic family. It was gone in a flash no one could beleive that it was low-carb and diabetic friendly.

I made this the other day for my diabetic husband, though it took longer than other cheesecakes I've made it was delicious and worth the wait. My husband loved it and so did I. This one is a Keeper! Next time I'll try it with the crust from George's Pumnkin pie. This cheesecake is very easy to cut, using clean fishing line. I didn't use the berries, I used a sugar free chocolate sauce nuked in the microwave then drizzled it over the cheesecake when it was eaten. You could also cut more of the fat by using fat free or 1/3 less fat cream cheese. I'm fairly new to low carb recipes but this one will go straight to the front of the desert file. Thanks George. You're show is wonderful but to many repeats, we need new recipes.
