Very good. I added sun dried tomatoes and N'Orleans seasoning. Everything else I followed the recipe. Very good. I am going to prepare this again around Christmas while family is in town!

I made these last night and they were AMAZING!!! My family LOVED them! I lost count of how many times my husband stopped eating to tell me who great they were.I will be making these again soon. I served them with mashed potatoes.

I made this for me and the wife and loved it. It is easy and something that I can learn with. I want to try it with chicken next.

It was easy to make and the family loved it. I served it on top of mashed potatoes. The family voted and it will be part of our regular meal rotation.

Extra easy. I used cheddar cheese, blue cheese and feta cheese instead of provolone and I used regular ham. I also added mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. It was a big hit for my family even the kids loved it. I served it with white rice.

We made these for the first time last December and enjoyed them. Don't really like pork, but these stole the show!

This recipe was fantastic. Easy to prepare, and very tasty. My kids ate spinach and loved it. What more needs to be said.

I used crab meat instead of the ham and I added some ripped up bread and some onions and used muenster cheese in place of the provolone and it was excellent!! I also cooked the pork chops in the same pan I heated up the vege's and the crab meat which added a little extra flavor to the pork.
