This was great. I rubbed it on a turkey london broil, put it in an aluminum pan and covered it. I cooked it in the oven at 350 degrees until the thermometer read 165 and let it sit for 15 min. Juicy and tender.

Very tasty recipe and extremely easy to prepare. Will never roast another turkey breast with any other seasoning! Even the kids loved it!

Fantastic. I never had turkey this moist or well seasoned. I may have cheated a bit as I brined the breast overnight using the Good Eats Roast Turkey brine recipe. I highly recommend this recipe.

My husband and I were celebrating Thanksgiving with some friends at the coast last year and decided to give this recipe a try since we weren't sure if the oven in our hotel room would be big enough for a full turkey. (Was a good decision because the oven was tiny! We were all unsure of the turkey breast because what I usually cook is FABULOUS and always a favorite. However, all four of us were unanimous in saying that this was the best turkey we'd ever eaten. I'm now giving the dry rub a try with other meals to see what else it can do!! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I'm not usually a fan of Turkey, but was so pleased with this recipe!!!! Absolutely delicious! Moist, tender and full of flavor - I'll never make a full turkey again! So nice to have the main course finished in 1 1/2 to 2 hours! I threw some butternut squash and onions in the bottom of the roasting pan when there was about 30 - 45 minutes remaining, they were delicious as well!

I made this for a get together with friends last night and received tons of compliments, and recipe requests! The turkey breast was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was fabulous...very flavorful but not overwhelming. I will definitely make this again and plan to use the dry rub seasoning for chicken as well!

This recipe was awesome! At first my husband complained that I used olive oil instead of butter, but once he tasted the turkey he told me that is was delicious and that he was wrong! That was worth it, in and of itself! I HIGHLY recomend this recipe!
