    We enjoyed the recipe. it was flavorful, but with making each of the individual components (croutons, dressing, shrimp, it took a long time to make. Also, with the amount of olive oil in the recipe, I have to question how "Lite" the recipe actually is. Olive oil has quite a few calories pre tablespoon and this recipe calls for almost a cup.. Also, the dressing was a bit vinegery, but it went well with the rest of the flavors. I recommend considering a store bought lite dressing if you're actually watching your calories.

    This was very tasty-although I did not make the shrimp. The dressing is packed with flavor. Much better than those "goopy", creamy store bought dressings. Kids even loved it!

    I served this (without the shrimp to my extended family as a side salad and everyone loved it. I keep the dressing sitting around now to use when I want a quick salad.

    This is an AWESOME recipe! I'm always looking for a good Caesar dressing and this is the BEST! My kids and husband loved it too! Can't wait to make it again!

    Full of flavor, but I would probably use less of the dressing just for my taste. Looking forward to making again!

    I used chicken instead of sprimp and it was great. The dressing is very good and everyone, including my non salad eating son, loved it.

    Wow! Did not try the dressing yet but did try the croutons. Hail Caesar? Hail Emeril !! A must try!!! I will never use anything else again.
