    Soo good, lots of texture, flavors that I love, good for you, nice summer dish. But I eat it year round

    The veggies are wonderful. I can never get enough those. And, who doesn't like steak. I did tweak the sauce a bit.

    I made a few slight changes because I carried it to work for lunch. First, I used a healthy choice roast beef from the deli at my local grocery, and I bought a store dressing with about the same ingredients used in the homemade and used frozen broccoli run under hot water and drained well. The salad was still very delicious! I am going to try it the original way also.

    I love this recipe!! It tastes great and is healthy. I've made it a few times, and served it to a friend who also really enjoyed it. The dressing is fabulous.
