    oh wow, this is great. i just made it for my mom. she had had a hard day at work and i thought, why not? so i made it, she loved it, i loved it, it is great!

    I have to agree with the first review in this series. I must have missed something or something was left out of the recipe. I had so much anticipation for this.

    The first time I tried this the sauce did not thicken- was it me or you? I then used your receipe from Easy entertaining book
    ( not lo cal and it was delicious especially using other fruits and macerating in Contreau!

    After having a big dinner-when your guests don't have room for dessert, or when the whole menu is meant to be light... This Honey Zabaglione is just light enough in weight but full on flavor. Instead of wine, I used an Orange Cruzian Rum.
